Prior express written consent
Under the TCPA, a signed written agreement (including electronic signature) in which a consumer clearly authorizes marketing calls or texts using an autodialer or artificial voice to a specified number.
This is the consent standard for promotional AI outbound. Because it is rarely documented at scale in dealership records, Alpha Drive routes promotional outreach to live agents and reserves AI for transactional contacts.
