Why an operator built this

Dealer's Greatest Assets has staffed thousands of dealership conversations a day from BDC centers in Florida, Guatemala and Colombia. In 2020 that experience produced Lucy AI, the first production AI agent in dealer service departments. In 2024 it became Alpha Drive AI, a full-lifecycle platform. The AI's playbooks are the same ones our agents ran on real dealership phones, and the agents are still on the platform through Live Assist.

That is the difference between a vendor that sells you a phone tool and an operator that runs your BDC and is measured on total conversion. It is also why Alpha connects to your service advisors and salespeople like any dealership AI, yet is the only one that can erase the need for an internal BDC. The others still require one.
