Opt-out
A customer's request to stop receiving calls or messages, which must be honored across channels and recorded.
A BDC compliance metric is opt-outs honored within the period. Alpha Drive applies opt-outs across voice, SMS and email the same day and scrubs lists before campaigns run.
Also called: do not call, DNC.
