Equity mining
Identifying existing customers whose vehicle equity or lease position makes a new purchase attractive, then contacting them with an offer.
Equity and lease-end campaigns are promotional outreach. In Alpha Drive's model they are run by Live Assist agents using lists and context the AI prepares.
