Outsourced BDC
A Business Development Center run by an outside company on the dealership's behalf, using the dealership's systems and name.
Outsourced BDCs remove hiring, training and turnover from the store. A virtual BDC is an outsourced BDC whose agents work remotely. Alpha Drive puts AI in front of its outsourced agents so coverage no longer depends on headcount.
