Sales BDC
The BDC team that turns sales calls, internet leads and unsold showroom traffic into set appointments for the sales floor.
The sales BDC does not sell cars. It gets the customer to the store with a specific appointment, a specific vehicle and a specific salesperson, then follows up on the ones who did not show or did not buy.
Also called: bdc sales.
