Average revenue per repair order, often reported for customer-pay work and for BDC-booked visits specifically.
Dollars per RO on BDC-booked appointments is the cleanest revenue metric for a service BDC. Alpha Drive reports it in the Command Center by matching appointments to closed ROs.
