Dealership CRM
The customer relationship management system that stores leads, contacts, notes, tasks and follow-up for the sales and BDC teams. VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket and ProMax are common in dealerships.
The CRM is where a BDC's work becomes visible. If a contact or appointment is not in the CRM, the store cannot manage it, and it did not happen as far as reporting is concerned.
Also called: bdc crm.
